POSITION: SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
About the role:

DataLEADS is seeking a Senior Human Resource Manager to strengthen our HR & Administration function. This role will lead recruitment, oversee HR operations, policies, compliance, and administration, and partner closely with leadership to drive people strategy and workforce planning across multiple verticals. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on leader with strong collaboration and execution skills, experienced in fast-growing, mission-driven organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across all verticals
  • Drive performance management systems and organisational culture
  • Design, implement, and manage HR policies, processes, and compliances
  • Oversee HR systems, documentation, and data management with operational rigor
  • Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and people strategy
  • Support leadership in defining career development pathways and succession planning
  • Review and evaluate HR reports, decisions, and outcomes against organisational goals
Experience and Qualification:
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and people strategy in fast-growing, mission-driven or knowledge-based organisations
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, statutory compliances
  • Demonstrated experience in performance management systems, employee engagement, and organisational development
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership on workforce planning, career development, and succession planning
  • Ability to manage HR data, systems, reporting, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proven capability to handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally

POSITION: ASSOCIATE EDITOR
About the role:

Asian Dispatch is looking for an Associate Editor to join its editorial team. This is an on-site, editorial and strategic role that will require someone to work closely with the editorial lead to design and decide the editorial workflow. The selected candidate will also be expected to work closely with a network of freelance journalists and innovate compelling new forms of storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Editing original stories, following up on deadlines with freelancers, and coordinating on multimedia deliverables.
  • Pitching own stories, including feature projects, and working closely with the editorial lead to to strategise editorial goals and story ideas for each quarter, and setting tasks to pursue them.
  • Work closely with the social media manager to create original content for social media.  Develop scripts, write/review captions, and coordinate with story writers.
  • Coordinating with Asian Dispatch’s members on stories to republish.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Completed an undergraduate degree program, preferably in Mass Comm/Journalism
  • 4-5 years of experience in a newsroom
  • Strong understanding of news and current affairs, with a keen interest in Asian political, economic, and social issues.
  • Understanding of revenue streams and partnerships
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are required
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to collaborate with other teams

About the role:

DataLEADS is seeking a Deputy Director – Business Development & Strategic Partnerships to drive revenue growth, forge high-impact partnerships, and lead sales innovation across its core verticals. The role calls for a seasoned leader with a strong industry network, strategic acumen, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals, scaling event and content IPs, and building long-term relationships with institutional and enterprise partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive overall business development and sales strategy across sectors including Media, Healthcare, Technology, Banking & Finance, Government, PSUs, and Multilateral Institutions.
  • Drive diversified revenue through strategic partnerships, consulting engagements, research and intelligence services, sponsorships, and grant-aligned collaborations.
  • Scale and monetize DataLEADS’ flagship events including summits, conferences and roundtables, while incubating new platforms aligned with emerging policy,  technology and market trends.
  • Build, nurture, and manage senior-level relationships with CXOs, policymakers, global institutions, organisations and brand leaders.
  • Lead end-to-end deal lifecycle—from opportunity identification and pitch development to negotiation, closure, and long-term account growth.
  • Conceptualize and oversee high-impact sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, research, product, and tech teams to design integrated, insight-driven solutions

Key Requirements:
  • 10–12+ years of proven experience in senior business development, partnerships, or revenue leadership roles within media, digital platforms, consulting, events, or technology-led organizations.

  • Exceptional proposal writing, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.

POSITION: MANAGER – EVENTS SALES & PARTNERSHIPS
About the role:

DataLEADS is looking for a Manager – Events Sales & Partnerships to drive revenue for its flagship summits, conferences, roundtables, and knowledge platforms. This is a client-facing, target-driven role focused on selling sponsorships, partnerships, and integrated brand solutions across DataLEADS’ events in areas such as health, technology, media, AI, and public policy

Employment Type : Full-Time

Location : Jasola District Centre, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sponsorship and partnership sales for DataLEADS’ summits, conferences, roundtables, and others convenings.
  • Achieve revenue targets through sponsorship, branded sessions, exhibitions, and integrated visibility solutions.
  • Identify new clients and repeat partners across media, healthcare, technology, banking, BFSI, government, PSUs, and institutions.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation and outreach to pitch meetings, negotiations, closure, and post-event engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, public affairs, and partnerships teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, renewals, and upselling across multiple events and IPs.
  • Develop customised sales pitches, sponsorship decks, and proposals
  • Work closely with editorial teams to align sponsorship plans and deliverables 
  • Support post-event reporting, partner feedback, and documentation to strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Track sector trends to refine event positioning and sponsorship offerings.
  • Contribute inputs to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for events.

Key Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of experience in events sales, sponsorship sales, media sales, or brand partnerships, preferably with conferences, summits, or large-scale events.
  • Proven ability to close sponsorship and partnership deals 
  • Strong proposal writing and presentation skills; comfortable pitching 
  • Good understanding of brand solutions, content-led sponsorships, and event IP monetisation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Highly organised, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Degree or certification in Marketing, Sales, Business, Media, or Events Management preferred.
