POSITION: Digital Marketing Specialist

Joining: Immediate

Location: This is a full time position that will require you to work from our office location in New Delhi.

DataLEADS is seeking a creative, experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of digital transformation, digital tools, trends, and analytics, as well as a passion for creating impactful engagement and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising)
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Manage campaigns, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring brand consistency across platforms
  • Lead SEO/SEM efforts, including keyword research and PPC campaign management
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized blogs, videos, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop social media strategies for engagement and lead generation
  • Efficiently allocate budget across campaigns
  • Mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles with demonstrated success.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, social media algorithms, email marketing best practices, and content marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical and project management skills
Preferred skills:
  • Experience in marketing automation tools and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for minor website updates or landing page optimization.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI-driven marketing tools or predictive analytics.

POSITION: Social Media Manager

Location: This is a full time position that will require you to work from our office location in New Delhi.

DataLEADS is looking for a dynamic and creative candidate, to join as Social Media Manager on a full-time role. As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, tracking and optimisation of the presence and campaigns across all social media channels and platforms for DataLEADS and its verticals. You will also be involved in the marketing efforts of the company to help promote the products and services offered to the communities and audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Expand DataLEADS’ social media platforms through consistent, topical content and interaction
  • Lead content curation for social media [text, images, gifs, animations etc.] in sync with the brand and the platforms.
  • Design and implement strategies for the social media presence and brand awareness of DataLEADS, its projects and verticals, to align with business goals
  • Maintain, guide, and oversee online content direction, ensuring timely updates with the team
  • Research industry trends and cultural moments to bring in new engagement ideas
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with social media influencers and other industry partners
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management in leading and managing social media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful social media campaigns
  • Proficiency with social media management tools, trends and best practices
  • Experience with creating and analysing social media performance reports
  • Knowledge of SEO, Ads and web traffic analytics will be an added advantage

POSITION: Video Intern

Joining: Immediate. The role will require you to work at our office located in New Delhi.

As a Video Intern, you will be part of the video team at DataLEADS. We are looking for
someone who enjoys and knows how to bring a concept or script to life through motion video
and sound. You will be tasked with assisting the video producer in production and editing for
video projects related to but not restricted to health awareness, promotional and
conferences.

APPLICATIONS WITHOUT WORK SAMPLES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the video production team to understand project requirements and
    deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.
  • Conduct basic colour correction, audio mixing, and mastering to enhance the overall
    quality of the videos.
  • Stay up to date with the latest video editing techniques, software, and trends to
    continually improve editing skills.
  • Organise and manage media files, ensuring proper naming, labelling, and storage for
    easy retrieval.
  • Assist in conducting video shoots, including setting up equipment, managing lighting
    and sound, and capturing additional footage if required.
  • Collaborate with the video producer and other team members to brainstorm ideas
    and contribute creative input to video projects.
  • Assist in optimising videos for different platforms and formats, ensuring they are
    compatible with various devices and online platforms.
  • Monitor and report on video performance metrics, such as views, engagement, and
    conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of video content and make data-
    driven decisions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
  • Minimum undergraduate degree, preferably in Mass Comm / Journalism.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Knowledge of professional audio/video and staging techniques, facilities, andequipment
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and adapting to the work styles of
    other teams and organisations
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, taking direction and feedback from team
    lead, clients, producers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and
    meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with copyright laws and usage rights for music, images, and stock footage
  • Proficiency in working with Mac operating systems and familiarity with Mac shortcuts
    and workflows to optimise efficiency and productivity in video editing tasks
